Job summary

RSM Belgium seeks an IT Officer to drive the first-line IT support experience for colleagues and to explore emerging technologies with a small, expert team.

You will configure devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, and assist with Microsoft 365 while staying current on AI and automation trends. A proactive, curious mindset and collaboration with IT engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in IT/CS/ICT or related field.
• Mindset matters more than years of experience.
• Excellent Dutch; good English and French.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for colleagues by managing and following up support tickets.
• Prepare and configure laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and workplace technologies.
• Stay up to date with developments in Microsoft 365, AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
• Close collaboration with experienced IT colleagues and System Engineers.
• Continuous coaching and learning opportunities.
• Room to take ownership and propose improvements.

Who are you?

You have recently completed a Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ICT, Applied Computer Science, or a related field.

You may already have some professional experience, but what matters most is your mindset!

You're someone who:

• A driving license (B) is considered an asset.
