RSM Belgium is seeking ambitious, bi-lingual NL/ENG Senior Auditors for Antwerp as we grow our consulting capabilities. You will audit financial statements, advise clients, and help lead teams, while monitoring engagement profitability.

You are expected to master technical audit knowledge and may pursue the registered auditor title. The role supports independent work with strong teamwork and clear supervisor communication.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial university degree in economics, business or equivalent.
• Major in Belgian Accounting and Audit preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as external auditor.

We are looking for ambitious, bi-lingual NL/ENG and self-driven Senior Auditors for Antwerp who, together with us, will build the consulting of tomorrow.

Your role and responsibilities

In addition to performing high-quality financial audits, you also become a direct advisor to our national and international clients. As a team manager, you check the activities of your employees and evaluate them 'on the job'. You also assess the completeness of your files and, you monitor invoicing and profitability.

As a Senior you master the technical audit knowledge and you may have the ambition to obtain your professional title as registered auditor. You are able to identify problems in customer files, also when they occur during audit cycles in the customer files of your team and/or colleagues.

In addition, you communicate in a structured and regular manner with your supervisor, manager and partner.
