Our client is seeking a Junior Field Service Engineer to work on a B2B/freelance contract based onsite in Brussels and field sites across Belgium. Fluency in French & English is highly advantageous.

Relevant Experience

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in PV, BESS, DC, or EV Charge. A strong understanding of high-voltage fields is preferred. Alternatively, entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role will also be considered.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with local installers, partners, and team members.

Time Management and Adaptability

The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage targets while adapting to continuously changing situations is crucial. On-call readiness for emergency dispatch is also required.

Planning and Organizational Skills

Candidates should be able to work according to outlined processes, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized work processes to meet deadlines.
