Expertise France in Brussels is seeking a Junior Programme Support Officer to assist the Programme Management Unit under the Programme Director and Deputy Programme Director. This EU-funded international cooperation programme involves coordinating with country teams, donors, external experts and stakeholders to ensure timely planning, reporting and event organisation.

Responsabilités

Coordination and liaison: support coordination between Expertise France and country teams, donors, external experts and stakeholders involved in the programme.
Communication and visibility: contribute to the programme's communication and visibility activities.
Procurement and contract management: assist subcontracting of activities to external experts, including terms of reference and evaluation procedures.
Information management: ensure proper organisation/archiving of programme documents and facilitate information sharing.
Reporting: draft notes, reports and meeting minutes, and support compilation and editing of narrative reports.
Event and mission organisation: assist in organising programme events, meetings, expert missions, study visits and steering committees.
Support to country teams: provide project management support and activity design input, including participation in evaluation committees when relevant.
Planning and monitoring: contribute to the programme action plan and work schedule.
