Responsabilités

• Coordination and liaison between actors involved in the programme
• Communication and visibility activities support
• Procurement and contract management support
• Information management and archiving of programme documents
• Drafting notes, reports and meeting minutes for reporting
• Event and mission organisation support and logistics
• Support to country teams in project management and activity design
• Planning and monitoring of the programme action plan and work schedule
