Westfalia Fruit is looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our Wingene, Belgium team. You will coordinate orders, support OTIF, and serve as the main contact for customer inquiries while maintaining master data in our Transus EDI platform.

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent through experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong verbal and written skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process.
• Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF and support corrective actions.
• Manage sales orders.
• Provide excellent customer service as a point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates.
• Maintain and update master data in Transus EDI platform to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across customer service processes.

Requirements

• Secondary School Diploma (high school education)Fields of study such as Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages, Business Organization, or a related discipline are considered an asset or equivalent through experience.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.

• The ability to connect information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions.

• A resilient and results-oriented approach, demonstrating the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver positive outcomes.
