SoftwareOne Academy offers a global program blending work and learning in Brussels, Belgium. As our Junior Customer Relations, you will be the primary contact for customers, managing quotes, orders and day-to-day requests while supporting a regional account list.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment, engaging in structured onboarding, and practical training within a global software and cloud leader.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and energetic mindset.
• Interest in sales, business operations and customers relations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Licensing Specialists to provide license knowledge and support during the sales process.
• Serve as key resource for volume license offerings.
• Act as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting daily delivery and overseeing tasks.
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers.
• Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships.
• Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers.
