Job summary

Arendt & Medernach's AIS division seeks a Junior Billing Officer on a 6-month CDD contract to manage client invoicing, timesheet recording, and ERP-driven billing rules. You will work closely with operations and business units to ensure accurate, timely billing and maintain client data integrity.

The role requires administrative experience, a Bac+2/3 in Accounting or related field, and fluency in English and French. Proficiency in MS Excel and Demasy ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles with understanding of accounting principles.
• Bachelor level education in Accounting/Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Fluent in English; French desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send client invoices; upload invoices to billing platforms.
• Record timesheets from operational teams.
• Manage billing rules and services in the ERP system (Demasy).
• Prepare credit notes when required.
• Maintain client data integrity and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly invoices for group entities.
• Send domiciled entities list bi-weekly.
• Collaborate with operations and business units to ensure accurate billing information.
• Ensure billing activities are completed on time.
