ALTEN is seeking an Accountant (client invoicing) to strengthen its finance team in Belgium. The role covers monthly invoicing, collecting and recording billing documents, generating invoices, and maintaining AR files.

You will interact with clients and internal teams, support month-end closing, and help with internal projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, has strong Excel skills, and communicates fluently in English with French or Dutch proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accountancy or related field.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• French or Dutch speaker, fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Involvement in monthly invoicing & follow up.
• Collect & record billing documents (timesheets/purchase orders).
• Generate and send out invoices.
• Maintain accounts receivable client’s files & records.
• Handle cash collection and assist with payment discrepancies.
• Interact with clients, business teams & consultants via phone & email.
• Assist with month-end closing and internal projects.
