Ikzoek is seeking an Application Support Agent - Trainer in Belgium to prepare and deliver training on information systems to different stakeholders. You will tailor content to meet training needs and help users understand complex systems.

You will receive and log requests and incidents from users, provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine actions, while ensuring clear communication with end-users and collaborating with the development team.
