• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a complex environment.
• Good understanding of Java application development and software engineering principles.
• Experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
