Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Java backend developer to design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices. You will work with REST APIs, Kafka, and Flink in a distributed data environment, participating in design reviews and CI/CD practices.

The role requires strong Java expertise, Spring Boot proficiency, and a background in Agile/Scrum teams, delivering reliable software and supporting production systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Java 8 experience.
• Proficient in Spring 4 & Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, Kafka and Flink.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins and Git.
• Hands-on with JUnit, Cucumber/Gherkin and WireMock.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong technical communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Java backend applications.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with Kafka & Flink for distributed data processing.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews and automated testing.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver reliable solutions.
