Expleo is seeking a skilled Functional Analyst to translate complex business requirements into functional designs and collaborate with internal teams across Business Applications, Software Engineering and QA.

You will analyze current processes and propose improvements that save time and increase efficiency for customers, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in functional analysis.
• Knowledge and experience of banking and payment products.
• Good knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge and experience in building Swagger APIs.
• Experience using UML tools like Microsoft Visio, PlantUML, …

Responsabilités

• Accompany the business analyst and client through the reflection toward a solution and propose alternatives.
• Ensure client understands and adopts enterprise rules and standards about architecture and security.
• Collaborate with architects to set up the architecture.
• Refine business requirements into functional and technical requirements via Features and User Stories.
• Coordinate between client, business analyst and asset teams to align needs.
• Elaborate functional and technical requirements for developers and test engineers.
• Design the solution and detail impacts on application components per architecture.
• Coordinate with technical teams to specify their requirements.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure coherence between specs and solution.
• Provide technical definitions of components supported by teams.
