Expleo seeks an experienced Java backend engineer to develop and maintain robust backend services in a fast-paced environment. You will design RESTful APIs, integrate with Kafka and Flink for distributed data processing, and participate in design reviews and automated testing.

Collaboration with Agile/Scrum teams is essential to deliver reliable solutions and quickly resolve production issues. The role emphasizes hands-on coding, technical leadership, and problem solving in complex enterprise

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java / Java 8.
• Strong knowledge of Spring 4 & Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs, Kafka & Flink.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database integration.
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins & Git.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Cucumber/Gherkin & WireMock.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
