Vivid Resourcing is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to optimise IT operations and drive continuous improvements across day-to-day activities. You will work with senior IT management, local business stakeholders and external suppliers to improve service quality, IT governance and compliance.

The role focuses on IT audits, service delivery, vendor management, and IT compliance, ensuring IT processes and controls are properly implemented while transitioning projects into BAU.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of proven experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or IT Service Management.
• Strong track record managing IT services, vendors and external providers.
• ITIL and COBIT certification/experience required.
• Experience with IT audits, governance and compliance.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of daily IT Service Delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and ITSM processes are met.
• Oversee the local IT Service Desk, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and external suppliers, including service quality, costs, incidents and contractual agreements.
• Lead discussions with vendors and stakeholders regarding service delivery, performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement and maintain IT policies, procedures and service documentation, including Data Retention Policies.
• Take responsibility for supply management and optimise collaboration with external IT providers.
• Ensure a smooth transition of IT projects into Business as Usual (BAU), including appropriate documentation and operational processes.

For a leading organisation within the automotive sector, I am looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager who will play a key role in optimising IT operations and driving continuous improvements across day-to-day activities. You will work closely with senior IT management, local business stakeholders and external suppliers to improve service quality, IT governance and compliance.

In this role, you will play an important role in IT audits, service delivery, vendor management and IT compliance. You will ensure that IT processes, policies and controls are properly implemented while supporting the successful transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.
