Job summary

DiCE is seeking a Business Manager to drive growth by combining hands-on business development with team leadership. You’ll build a strong IT staffing network, nurture long-term client relationships, manage your consultant portfolio, and lead a team toward achieving commercial goals.

You act as a trusted client partner and internal leader, steering strategy, performance, and execution to fuel DiCE’s growth as a major IT talent player.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in business development or IT staffing/sales.
• Experience leading a sales team or sales process.
• Strong IT services/tech recruitment background.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Proven leadership and driving performance.
• Negotiation-focused with commercial mindset.
• Structured, analytical, and goal-driven.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell DiCE’s portfolio of services.
• Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities.
• Own and manage a personal portfolio of consultants and P&L.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements.
• Negotiate terms of business and candidate offers.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Managers to KPI.
• Define and implement sales strategies aligned with objectives.
• Monitor and manage the full commercial pipeline from lead to close.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and development to the sales team.
• Analyze team performance and identify improvement areas.
• Set targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Contribute to go-to-market and talent engagement strategy.
