Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, tech, or recruitment.
• Genuine commercial drive: you are comfortable reaching out, hearing no, and coming back.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts, reach decision-makers, and create commercial opportunities.
• Understand client stakes in depth and translate them into relevant offerings with our experts.
• Build proposals, negotiate, and close.
• Source, assess, and convince high-caliber consultant profiles.
