Job summary

Mielabelo is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager in Belgium to own the quality, performance, and improvement of IT services in a complex environment. You will coordinate between business units, internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure service levels are met and risks are managed.

The role requires extensive IT leadership, strong experience in Application Performance Management, and fluency in FR/NL/EN. It is a senior, strategic position within a large-scale organization.

Qualifications

• ITIL V4 certification required.
• Minimum 15 years IT experience with leadership in service management.
• Experience managing external offshore teams and large IT organizations.
• Experience in public or semi-public sector is required.
• Domain expertise in Application Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of quality, performance and improvement of IT services.
• Act as central contact between business, IT teams and vendors.
• Ensure SLAs/OLAs are met and risks and structural deficiencies are addressed.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and performance.

Challenge |

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong focus on Application Performance Management (APM).

The Service Delivery Manager is end-to-end responsible for the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of one or more IT services within a complex and business-critical IT environment.

This role serves as the central point of contact between the business, internal IT teams, application teams, and external vendors, managing both operational service delivery and its structural improvement.

The Service Delivery Manager ensures that agreed SLAs and OLAs are met, that applications remain highperforming and available, and that risks, problems, and structural deficiencies are identified and addressed in a timely manner

• ITIL V4 certification
• Minimum 15 years IT experience, including minimum 5 years in strategic/tactical Service Management (management of external offshore teams, experience in large-scale IT organizations)
• Minimum 5 years experience in public or semi-public sector Minimum 5 years experience in domain “Application Performance Management”

• Communicate fluently in FR/NL/EN with demonstrated ability to work in a 3-language environment (minimum B2)
