Job summary

Radius is seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst in Ronse (9600), Belgium, to support end-user technology, asset management and device lifecycle. You will work in our global team, handling procurement, deployment and ongoing IT services with occasional travel to UK and European offices.

You will deploy laptops and devices, provide first-line support, manage asset records, and assist with office technology and moves, ensuring timely provisioning and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor( professional or academic) with a minimum of12/20.
• Experience building, configuring or supporting laptops, mobile devices and end-user hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software and peripheral issues.
• Experience handling IT equipment, stock management, procurement or asset management activities.
• Ability to coordinate logistics, deliveries, collections and equipment deployments across multiple locations.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accurate records.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch/English/French.

Responsibilities

• Procure, prepare and deploy IT equipment including laptops and peripherals.
• Build, configure and support end-user devices per standards and security requirements.
• Provide first-line IT support for basic hardware/software issues; escalate as needed.
• Manage full lifecycle of IT assets from deployment to disposal.
• Coordinate shipment, collection and movement of IT equipment.
• Support new starters, leavers and office moves; ensure timely provisioning.
• Maintain asset/inventory records and conduct stock checks.
• Assist with setup of office tech and meeting rooms.
• Travel to UK/other European offices as needed for deployments.
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and documentation.

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically minded IT Service Delivery Analyst, to support end-user technology, IT asset management, device lifecycle activities, and operational IT services in Ronse (9600).

Working as part of our global IT Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for the procurement, configuration, deployment, maintenance and recovery of IT equipment in Belgium, ensuring that your colleagues have the technology and support required to perform their roles effectively.

Occasional travel to UK and European offices may be required to assist with office openings, relocations, technology deployments and local IT support activities.

This position reports to our Head of IT Service Delivery, who is located in our UK head office.

Your responsibilities will include...

• Procuringpreparingand deploying IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, monitors and peripherals.
• Building, configuringand supporting end-user devices in line with company standards and security requirements.
• Providingfirst-line IT support for basic hardware, software and peripheral issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Managingthe full lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, tracking, recovery, repair and disposal.
• Coordinatingthe shipment, collection and movement of IT equipment
• Supporting new starter, leaver and office move activities, ensuring technology is provisioned and operational on time.
• Maintaining accurate asset and inventory records, carrying out regular stock checks and audits.
• Assisting with the setup and support of office technology, meeting rooms and workplace IT equipment.
• Occasional travel to UK and other European offices when required to support office openings, relocations and local IT deployments.
• Contributingto IT operational improvement initiatives, documentation and service delivery projects.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch/English/Frenchwith the ability to provide excellent customer service to colleagues at all levels
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
• Flexible approach to work, including occasional travel to UK and European offices when required
