Job summary

NISH Tech BV is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive a major business application implementation in a enterprise setting. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate HR stakeholders and technical teams, assess supplier proposals and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience in a business/industry environment.
• Experience implementing supplier-delivered business applications.
• Experience with Workforce Management or a similar HR application.
• Strong RFP analysis, supplier evaluation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with budgets, project planning, risks and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• PMI/PRINCE2 certification or equal.

• Analyse RFP responses and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Coordinate HR stakeholders, Business Analysts and technical teams.
• Manage external suppliers, deliverables and dependencies.
• Oversee application configuration, integrations and data migration.
• Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, issues and project changes.
• Prepare project status reports and Steering Committee presentations.
• Coordinate business readiness, communication, training and rollout.
• Functionally coordinate a team of up to five professionals.

Job description

NISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a business application in an enterprise environment. The role involves managing the complete project lifecycle, coordinating HR stakeholders and technical teams, evaluating supplier proposals, and ensuring successful application delivery.

You will oversee project planning, budgets, resources, risks, integrations, data migration, testing and rollout. You will also coordinate external suppliers, prepare executive-level reports, support governance meetings and guide a multidisciplinary team. Experience with Workforce Management solutions or similar HR applications is required, alongside strong stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of workforce planning, employee scheduling, time and attendance, and employee evaluations.
• Experience with application integrations and data migration.
• SAP knowledge.
• Retail or supply chain industry experience.

Languages

Native French or Dutch, combined with fluent English. Both language capabilities are mandatory.
