threon is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT and technology projects from initiation to delivery. You will collaborate with customers to define objectives and scope, develop plans and budgets, and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication and change management across various industries. Ideally you have 3–10 years in IT project management, strong PM methodologies, and the ability to work across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a nice plus.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing IT, technology or digital projects.
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies.
• Soft skills: stakeholder management, communication, adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT and technology projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the customer to establish objectives, requirements and scope.
• Develop project plans, budgets and schedules; monitor progress and address risks.
• Ensure clear, transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate transition to business-as-usual; transfer knowledge and responsibilities.
• Support implementation of new technologies, systems, infrastructures or changes.
• Enhance client PM maturity by acting as a trusted advisor.
