A consulting firm in Belgium is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to guide clients in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. Responsibilities include setting project priorities, advising stakeholders, and delivering tailored solutions that drive strategic success. Candidates must have 5-15 years of experience in management consulting, be fluent in Dutch, French, and English, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Depending on your experience, you will take on more hands‑on delivery responsibilities or evolve towards a more strategic, advisory and coaching role, always close to the client.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English

• You have 5 - 15 years of experience with Project, Program and/or Portfolio Management. Worked as a consultant before? That’s a plus!

• You possess strong soft skills such as stakeholder management, communication skills and can adapt to various client working environments

• You are willing to work from our clients’ sites (within reasonable distance)

• You don’t think in boxes but think along with the client and are willing to adapt your work when needed
