recurv is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Delivery Lead to manage and mentor a team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers, balancing hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities and coaching. You will ensure adherence to PMO standards, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation while driving complex IT projects.

The role offers a long-term, hybrid work setup with one day onsite per week and opportunities to stay connected to project execution while growing your leadership

Qualifications

• Must have senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex IT projects within large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and risk mitigation skills.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other project managers.
• Nice-to-have Dutch language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and methodologies.
• Maintain compliance with SLA commitments.
• Develop and uphold project management standards and frameworks.
• Report project statuses and performance metrics to senior management.
• Align team projects with the organization's strategic goals.
• Manage one or more complex IT Infrastructure projects.
• Maintain direct involvement in planning, execution, and delivery.
