Keystone Solutions seeks an experienced project manager to lead a multi-team initiative in Wallonia, coordinating development and SAP teams with business stakeholders. The role is onsite in Namur with some telework days and travel to other units in Wallonia.

You will define scope, schedule and budget, and drive end-to-end delivery with a consultancy model. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM, strong SAP experience (SAP ERP, FICO, MM), and flawless French.

Qualifications

At least 8 years of project management experience.
Ability to manage a project independently.
Support role to help the business structure its needs and document them.
Fluency in French, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

Overseeing a project coordinating development and SAP teams with the business.
Define project scope, timeline, and budget in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end delivery from partner selection to operational transition.
Organize steering committee meetings and monitor progress and deliverables.
Coordinate internal and external project communications with stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate change management and ensure alignment with IT and business teams.

Mission Overview

As a public transport operator active in the Walloon region, our client is one of the main players in mobility and sustainable economic development. This consultancy mission at the client site represents an opportunity to contribute to improving public transport services.

Key Responsibilities

The mission involves overseeing a project that coordinates development teams and SAP teams, ensuring effective collaboration with the business team. Responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, including:

Participating in defining the project scope, timeline, and budget.
Managing projects end-to-end, from partner selection to operational transition, including organizing and facilitating steering committee meetings.
Monitoring project activities and deliverables.
Managing internal and external project communications with stakeholders.
Organizing and coordinating change management.
Communicating with the IT functional analyst, business representatives, and potential service providers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project management experience and expertise in the following areas:

Ability to manage a project independently.
Support role to help the business structure its needs and document them.
Proposing a project strategy by defining scope, timeline, sourcing strategy, and budget.
Fluency in French, both spoken and written.

Work Environment

This mission will primarily be conducted on-site in Namur. However, flexibility is required as the candidate may need to travel to various Business Units across Wallonia to meet with different teams (expenses included in the proposed rate).

Consultancy days are 8 hours long, with two fixed telework days possible. The workday should start between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM, with lunch taken between 11:45 AM and 2:00 PM, and the end of the workday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Therefore, presence is required between 9:00 AM – 11:45 AM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
