Must‑haves

• Master’s Degree in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in technical design and complex IT project delivery
• Strong knowledge of modern technologies, IT architecture, and application landscapes
• Ability to interact with both business and IT stakeholders, drive change, and manage dependencies
• Skilled in defining and aligning roadmaps and conducting assessments
• Solid understanding of business needs and IT capabilities
• Comfortable working with diverse teams, including IT Integrators, Product Owners, and Software Engineers

Nice to have

• Experience in a complex, large‑scale IT environment
• A genuine interest in the financial sector
