Job summary

Nobi NV is seeking an IT Coordinator to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations in line with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR frameworks. You will bridge infrastructure, IT support, software strategy, and information security controls.

This hands-on, standalone role reports to the VP of Legal & Risk, with no people management responsibilities. Based in Belgium, regular office presence is expected with up to 2 days of home working per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years in IT administration, digital infrastructure or systems management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, endpoint protection, backup solutions and SaaS management.
• Excellent documentation, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & Support: deliver reliable, responsive IT support across the organization.
• Security & Compliance: assist ISMS/ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR compliance tasks.
• IT Governance & Vendor Management: manage contracts and vendor performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: act as IT point of contact for Nobi.
