NVISO is seeking a Cyber Strategy & Architecture Manager in Belgium to lead our CISO/ISO consultants and shape security programs for client organizations.

You will collaborate with clients to understand objectives, assess maturity against ISO/NIST, and drive risk-based roadmaps and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven CISO experience and ISO27k implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of CISO/ISO consultants to deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, their risks and their security requirements.
• Assess the security maturity of clients using ISO or NIST standards to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose security program aligned with ISO/NIST, as needed for certification.
• Drive the security program at clients, acting as the security champion and promoting security culture.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee implementation of security programs, policies and controls.
• Provide updates to management on the state of security.
• Lead steering committees with client stakeholders to guide and adapt the program.
