Halian Group is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator in Brussels to support the delivery and operational readiness of technology services. You will coordinate activities across multiple teams, track actions to completion, maintain documentation, and provide visibility on progress, risks, and priorities.

This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, stakeholder coordination, and driving execution in a fast-paced IT environment with strong reporting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, service delivery, project coordination, or PMO activities.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT service management concepts and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with tracking tools, documentation repositories, and collaboration platforms.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and track operational and project-related activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain action logs, project trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
• Follow up with stakeholders to gather updates, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability.
• Support operational readiness activities, including documentation reviews and process updates.
• Prepare regular progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Organise meetings, document decisions, and drive action items through to completion.
