Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 10 years of IT experience required.
• Experience leading technology delivery in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and executable plans.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and coordination of manufacturing site technology solutions with enterprise teams and partners.
• Translate site priorities into a business-led technology roadmap (0–5 years).
• Serve as trusted technology partner for site leadership and stakeholders.
• Own identification, translation, and delivery of site technology demand and capabilities.
• Ensure local technology solutions align with enterprise standards and scale.
• Develop and maintain the site IT roadmap and investment justification.
• Drive value with Agile and iterative delivery practices.
• Establish regular communications with site stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Oversee vendor governance, resourcing, and budgets.
