Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Packaging and Device Engineer for Beerse, Belgium. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing processes for Biotherapeutic Devices and Sterile products, ensuring high-quality and reliable operations.

You will lead development of new packaging and device components and validate lines for new products. You will collaborate across global MSAT and supplier networks, drive process validation, and manage changes to packaging components while maintaining

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English to collaborate with global teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for operators and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Solid analytical capabilities for process and packaging design.

Responsabilités

• Lead device assembly process validation activities for new lines and products.
• Design and validate new packaging and device components for NPI.
• Lead changes to materials and packaging components with suppliers and sites.
• Conduct transportation studies to protect products during distribution.
• Run line trials to ensure processability of new materials on packaging lines.
• Coordinate root-cause investigations and provide corrective actions.
• Maintain partnerships with global MSAT and suppliers for changes.
