Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Packaging and Device Engineer for Beerse, Belgium. You will support manufacturing processes for biotherapeutic devices and sterile products, leading device assembly validation and enabling new packaging components.
The role collaborates with global MSAT and suppliers to drive changes and ensure product quality and reliability across packaging operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Engineering, Science or Pharmaceutical Sciences; Master is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of pharma/life sciences experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Dutch and English.
Responsabilités
- Lead device assembly process validation activities for new lines or products.
- Support new product introduction with packaging/device design.
- Manage changes to device components and packaging materials with suppliers and sites.
- Perform transportation studies to protect products during distribution.
- Coordinate line trials to ensure processing of new materials on packaging lines.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with MSAT, other sites, and suppliers on packaging changes.
