Johnson & Johnson in Ghent, Belgium seeks an Industrial IT Systems Engineer to own critical Industrial IT applications and drive stability, security and compliance across Level 1 & 2 systems in the Ghent sites.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, QA, cybersecurity and vendors to deliver a reliable, future-proof IT landscape and to bring new systems into daily operation, while maintaining rigorous standards for safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation with hands-on Industrial IT experience.
• Experience in industrial automation within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ISA-95, Purdue Model and cyber security concepts.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain Industrial IT applications, ensuring stability and compliance.
• Diagnose issues, implement improvements, and coordinate upgrades with IT and vendors.
• Participate in weekend on-call to safeguard system continuity.
• Plan commissioning, testing, validation, and readiness for new/updated systems.
• Communicate system health, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
