Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, engineering or business.
• 4–8 years of IT project management, programme management or technology delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of modern IT environments including cloud, APIs and landscapes.
• Familiarity with security, governance and risk practices.
• Experience with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; professional Dutch and/or French knowledge.
• Experience in banking/insurance/financial services is a plus.

You will join a strategic technology integration initiative within a leading Belgian financial institution following a recent acquisition. The focus is not on a full platform migration, but on strengthening and aligning technology capabilities, including security, governance and operational resilience. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders in an international environment where collaboration, planning and risk management are key to success.

Your Tasks

• Familiarity with security principles, identity and access management, and governance best practices.
• Experience working with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in English; professional knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Experience within banking, insurance or broader financial services is a strong plus.
