ITS Group Benelux is seeking an IT Governance & SaaS Coordination Officer to enhance governance in software use and SaaS solutions. The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and maintains compliance across the organization.

With at least 3 years in IT governance, candidates should be proactive and skilled in documentation and management. The position is located in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Governance or a similar role.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or German is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Responsabilités

• Govern the intake process for new software and SaaS requests.
• Ensure no tool is introduced without proper governance checks.
• Act as the point of contact for governance processes.
