BXL InfoTech Consultancy is seeking a Software Governance, SaaS & License Management Consultant to join our Digital Workplace domain in Belgium. Hybrid/Remote work available, with ownership of governance processes, SaaS intake, and license optimization.

You will monitor end-to-end governance, maintain software inventories, manage licenses, and collaborate with IT, Security, Procurement and Vendor teams. 3–4 years in IT governance or license management and strong Confluence/SharePoint knowledge

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in IT Governance, IT License Management or Software/SaaS Coordination.
• Strong understanding of software/SaaS intake and approval processes.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, GDPR, vendor risk and security reviews.
• Proven license management or software usage monitoring experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience defining KPIs and preparing reports.
• Excellent business and IT communication skills.
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Confluence and SharePoint

Responsabilités

• Support governance integration into procurement and tender processes.
• Confluence and SharePoint documentation experience
