Appsierra Group is seeking a Software Governance, SaaS & License Management Consultant to own the end-to-end governance process and monitor compliance in Brussels.

You will coordinate software and SaaS intake, maintain the software catalogue, optimize licenses, monitor usage, and drive KPI reporting, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with business goals. Fluency in English and French or Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT governance, license management, and software/SaaS coordination.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, GDPR, vendor risk, and security reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination, structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end software governance processes and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate software and SaaS intake, inventory, and license optimization.
• Develop and track governance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with business, IT, security, procurement, and other teams to enable approvals.
• Produce governance and license usage reports for stakeholders.
