Job summary

ITS Group Benelux is seeking an IT Service Management & SaaS Coordination Officer to govern the intake of software and cloud/SaaS tools, ensuring compliance, governance, and timely approvals. You will coordinate between business users, IT, architects, procurement and security to maintain a controlled lifecycle.

The role emphasizes governance execution, documentation, and continuous improvements in a complex group environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Governance, IT Service Management or IT coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders: IT, architects, procurement, information security, data protection, service teams and business.
• Good understanding of software/SaaS intake, approval processes or IT governance workflows.
• Strong ownership mindset: proactive, autonomous, structured and able to drive topics forward.

Responsibilities

• Govern the intake process for new client software and cloud/SaaS requests.
• Ensure tools are introduced with IT governance, security, procurement and compliance checks.
• Act as central contact for business users, project managers and product teams on software requests and governance.
• Identify stakeholders and involve IT, architects, procurement, information security, data protection and service teams.
• Coordinate reviews, chase actions and unblock decisions.
• Maintain governance documentation and software inventory.
• Improve end-to-end governance model and reduce duplicate processes.
• Collaborate with procurement to minimize shadow IT and ensure pre-purchase checks.
