NN Insurance Belgium in Brussels seeks an IT Domain Lead for CRM Salesforce, Front-End, and mobile apps. You will drive IT delivery, set future IT vision, and collaborate with business product owners to buildROI-driven roadmaps. Strong leadership across architecture, development, and operations is essential.

Requires 5+ years in IT, deep Salesforce and frontend knowledge (React/Angular), and fluency in English and Dutch (French a plus). Excellent communication and team-focused mindset are a must.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
• Very good knowledge of Salesforce.
• Very good knowledge of front end React (or Angular).
• Very good knowledge of English + Dutch; French is an extra asset.
• Good communication skills and being a team player.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end IT delivery within your business domain from request to architecture, development, change and maintenance.
• Develop and align the future IT vision, strategy and architecture for the domain.
• Collaborate with Domain Business Product Owner to understand business needs and priorities; create an IT roadmap.
• Lead transformations and support for existing and new IT solutions; act as a servant leader in a matrix organization.
• Set realistic goals and KPIs; monitor performance, capacity, and quality of IT staff; work with security, architecture and operations experts.
