Job summary

NN Insurance Services Belgium seeks an Engineering Team Leader Data, API & Quality to guide a cross-functional domain and connect business and IT, driving innovation and change.

You will coach teams, monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and translate market and technology trends into practical improvements while balancing strategic goals with daily operations. Fluent English and Dutch desired; Brussels-based with flexible home working.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams in a cross-functional setting.
• Affinity with Data, APIs and Software Testing.
• Understanding of modern IT architectures and ecosystems.
• Insurance sector experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strategic view with hands-on execution and structured work style.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach.
• Curious, eager to learn and open to new technologies.
• Proactive in identifying improvements and opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented with people leadership.
• Excellent English and good Dutch; French is a plus.
