Michael Page International (Belgium) seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide Digital Transformation in a complex manufacturing setting. You will translate priorities into a roadmap and oversee delivery from strategy through measurable outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in heavy manufacturing, change management, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of delivering measurable value and guiding cultural and workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Technology, or related areas.
• Strong background in heavy manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, engineering, or other complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives with clear, measurable business outcomes.
• Strong experience in organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, adoption, communication, and managing resistance to change.
• Demonstrated ability to transform organizational culture and ways of working in traditional or operationally complex environments.
• Experience in workforce transformation and capability development.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Broad understanding of digital technologies and their application to business and operational transformation.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate transformation initiatives into measurable operational and business value.
• Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the organization's Digital Transformation agenda, translating business priorities into a clear roadmap and driving initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across business processes, operating models, and ways of working to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
• Drive organizational change throughout the transformation journey, ensuring people and business functions are aligned, engaged, and prepared to adopt new ways of working.
• Build and embed a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and digital adoption across the organization, particularly within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Assess the impact of transformation on workforce capabilities, roles, and organizational structures; develop new capabilities and prepare employees for future ways of working.
• Build strong alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, creating ownership and commitment across levels of the organization.
• Lead multiple large-scale transformation programs from planning through execution, ensuring governance, adoption, and successful delivery.
• Identify and leverage digital capabilities and emerging technologies to address business challenges, improve processes, and create sustainable value.
• Establish clear measures of success and track impact of transformation initiatives; ensure programs deliver tangible improvements.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, processes, and ways of working, scaling successful transformations.

The Successful Applicant
