JOBAT in Belgium seeks a Senior Digital Transformation Leader for a major industrial manufacturing group. You will translate business priorities into a clear transformation roadmap and drive programs from strategy through execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Lead the organization's Digital Transformation agenda with a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.
• Lead large-scale Business & Organizational Transformation across processes and operating models.
• Drive Change Management to align people and functions with new ways of working.
• Embed a culture of innovation and digital adoption in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Assess workforce impact and drive capability development for future roles.
• Build alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver Transformation Programs from planning to execution with governance.
• Identify and leverage digital capabilities and emerging technologies to address business challenges.
• Establish measures of success and track impact of transformation initiatives.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and scale initiatives.

• Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the organization's Digital Transformation agenda, translating business priorities into a clear transformation roadmap and driving initiatives from strategy through execution and measurable business outcomes.
• Business & Organizational Transformation: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across business processes, operating models, and ways of working to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
• Change Management: Drive organizational change throughout the transformation journey, ensuring people and business functions are aligned, engaged, and prepared to adopt new ways of working.
• Culture Transformation: Build and embed a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and digital adoption across the organization, particularly within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Workforce Transformation: Assess the impact of transformation on workforce capabilities, roles, and organizational structures. Drive initiatives to develop new capabilities and prepare employees for future ways of working.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong alignment with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, creating ownership and commitment across different levels of the organization.
• Transformation Program Delivery: Lead multiple large-scale transformation programs from planning through execution, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, adoption & successful delivery.
• Digital Enablement: Identify and leverage appropriate digital capabilities and emerging technologies to address business challenges, improve processes, and create sustainable business value.
• Value Realization: Establish clear measures of success and track the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring programs deliver tangible and sustainable improvements to the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, processes, capabilities, and ways of working, while scaling successful transformation initiatives across the business.
