Huxley seeks an IS/IT Demand Manager in Belgium with a hybrid work model to act as the bridge between IT and business units. You will collect, challenge, refine, prioritize and coordinate demands related to information systems and technology initiatives.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills are essential to translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables and ensure progress across multiple initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, PM or related field.
• Experience in an IS/IT oriented role is required.
• Familiarity with demand management, governance and IT delivery processes.

Mansioni

• Act as liaison between IT and business departments to collect, refine and prioritize demands.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
• Document requirements, assess feasibility, risks and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, manage deadlines and resolve roadblocks in the demand lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates to business and IT stakeholders.
• Support planning, prioritization and governance for demand initiatives.
