Yuki is seeking an IT Coordinator to own IT across our companies and offices, from laptops to group-wide infrastructure. You will bridge HR, finance, and engineering and shape a cohesive IT environment. You’ll report into the People team and work with engineering, legal, and colleagues across offices.

This is a brand-new role you can help define. Join a vibrant, international scale-up with hybrid work, a global team, and offices in Antwerp, Ghent, and Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT support or workplace IT experience in a scale-up or multi-entity setting.
• Experience with Google Workspace, device management, and cross-platform environments.
• Ability to prioritise and resolve issues across multiple offices.

Responsabilités

• Device lifecycle management across roles, laptops, and asset pool.
• First-line support and escalation to IT as needed.
• Office IT upkeep including Wi-Fi, meeting tech, and event gear.
• Advise on tools, subscriptions, and company-wide IT policy.
• Create scalable processes across multiple companies and locations.
