Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up based in Ghent, Belgium, seeking an AI Community & Communications Manager. You will design hands-on AI workshops for sales, CS, finance, marketing and support, coaching AI champions and lab leads to sustain momentum, and prioritising automation projects.

You will build scalable content and host weekly community engagements, operating in a hybrid office/remote setup with a strong emphasis on practical results and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills.
• Project management mindset with ability to juggle multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in building enablement systems or training programs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced tech environment and open feedback culture.

Responsabilités

• Design and run hands-on, role-based AI acceleration workshops.
• Coach AI champions and lab leads to maintain momentum.
• Prepare and prioritise solutions from the Automation team.
• Create scalable content: use-case libraries and practical guides.
• Host weekly AI community engagement initiatives.
• Communicate timelines and expectations clearly with stakeholders.
