Prosper-IT is seeking an IT Project & Operations Manager – Freelance in Brussels. The role blends leading IT projects with hands-on analysis and operational IT activities, offering cross-functional exposure across security, infrastructure and governance.

The successful candidate will navigate between strategic coordination and practical execution, delivering documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Project Management, with ownership and delivery.
• Ability to switch between high-level coordination and hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills with technical IT affinity.
• Experience with IT Security, risk and ISO27K controls.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes like Change/Incident/Problem.

Responsabilités

• Lead and follow up IT projects, defining scope, planning and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate projects related to IT security, infrastructure, applications and compliance.
• Follow up IT security initiatives and ISO27K controls, including remediation.
• Perform hands-on business and IT analysis and translate requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to ITSM activities such as Change, Incident and Problem management.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation using ARIS, Confluence and Office.
• Prepare project updates for PMO and steering committees.
• Coordinate external IT partners with Security, Architecture, Legal, Procurement and Risk.
• Own both large initiatives and smaller operational topics.
