ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Software Solution Specialist in Belgium to manage multiple IT applications and drive delivery with the product team. You will define requirements, configure solutions, and coordinate implementation to meet client needs, ensuring smooth operation and effective communication.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, support testing, and contribute to improvements while handling license negotiations and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• University degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable.
• At least 3 years’ experience with web technology and CMS (SiteCore, DNN, Unily)
• Confident handling of MS O365 standard software, ITIL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in IT provider and operations management is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and software development life cycle.

Responsabilités

• Definition of functional and technical requirements for software solutions with focus on communication.
• Configuration of applications to fulfill customer requirements.
• Coordinate implementation of customer requirements in existing solutions/applications.
• Initiate and contribute to further developments and improvements to software with the product team.
• Ensure integration of software into the Elia Group landscape and support testing.
• Support operations and maintenance of applications with the product team.
• Assist product owner with license negotiations, SLAs and supplier management.
• Assist with IT cost estimates and team composition guidance.
• Advise key-users on best practices and carry out market analysis.
