ITS Group Benelux is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT Workforce, Sourcing, and Vendor Management for a 1-year mission with key client accounts in Belgium. The role focuses on strategic workforce planning, IT sourcing strategy, and governance across IT domains, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and cost optimization.

You will own the sourcing budget, manage contracts, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in IT, Finance, business administration or HR-related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Technical and business experience mandatory.
• Fluency in FR/ENG or NL/ENG preferred.
• Willingness to travel and telework: 50/50 on-site/homeworking.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain IT Strategic Workforce Planning and IT Sourcing Strategy.
• Lead IT capacity, resource planning, budget risks, and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain sourcing dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Manage vendor demand, contract management, and SLAs.
• Drive workforce transformation, reskilling, and internal mobility.
• Oversee budget ownership and cost optimization.
