ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst for a major transformation program in Brussels. You will play a key role in developing business solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure functional needs are met.

This full-time position supports a flexible work environment, allowing for home working up to three days a week. Ideal candidates have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in IT.

Qualifications

• Active knowledge of French or Dutch; proficiency in English for documentation.
• Ability to integrate into existing teams and supervise juniors.
• Strong analytical skills for complex materials.
