UNIQUE in Brussels is seeking an IT and Marketing/communication Administrator (m/f/x) for an international association. You will run Mailchimp campaigns, manage newsletters, and coordinate with the membership and project teams on audiences and timing.

You will hand‑code landing pages, convert Photoshop designs to clean HTML/CSS/JS, and keep web pages updated with current standards. A strong mix of IT and marketing tasks awaits in a dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• Create E-blasts/Insights with Mailchimp, the marketing automation tool.
• Manage the calendar of eblasts and timing with the Project Manager.
• Be able to design marketing emails.
• Manage different Mailchimp audiences with the Membership team.
• Coordinate with copywriter the production of the bi‑weekly newsletter.
• Design email banners using elements and visuals from the graphic designer.
• Manage and understand the different email campaigns.
• Modify and maintain websites and web apps with the website coordinator.
• Hand code landing pages once designs are approved.
• Convert Photoshop designs into W3C‑compliant front‑end code.
• Style HTML elements after content is entered on a site.
• Review business requirements and perform a technical analysis.
• Write clean, modular, robust code to implement requirements.
• Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript; test across browsers before upgrades.

We are looking for an IT and Marketing/communication Administrator (m/f/x) for an international association in Brussels.

Your key Responsibilities:

• Create E-blasts/Insights with Mailchimp tool (marketing automation and email tool)
• Together with Project Manager, manage calendar of eblast and timing
• Be able to design marketing emails
• Together with Membership team manage different audiences in Mailchimp
• Coordinate with copywriter the production of the bi-weekly newsletter
• Design of email banners using the elements and visuals developed by graphic designer
• Be able to manage and understand the different email campaigns
• Modification and maintenance of websites and web applications together with website coordinator
• Hand coding of landing pages upon design completion
• Take Photoshop-based website designs and convert them into W3C compliant front-end code
• Style HTML elements after content is entered on a website
• Review business requirements
• Perform a technical analysis of requirements
• Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements
• Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly. Test websites for compatibility with latest versions of HTML, CSS and JavaScript prior to implementation of upgrades, taking appropriate action to resolve any issues identified during testing
