Project Manager – Marketing & Communications
End of October 2026 until mid-May 2027
We are currently looking for a Project Manager – Marketing & Communications to join the Marketing & Communications team of an international organization active in the healthcare sector.
You will play a key role in managing a wide range of internal and external marketing and communication projects, helping strengthen the organization's visibility and supporting its activities on an international scale.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will manage multiple communication and marketing projects while overseeing a small team.
Your responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies.
- Coordinate communication plans with different departments and stakeholders.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to assess and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure consistency across different communication channels.
- Manage the planning and flow of internal and external communications across email, newsletters, websites and social media.
- Develop marketing campaigns for different projects and events.
- Create and coordinate targeted marketing content.
- Manage the creation of promotional materials such as presentations, brochures, banners, reports and leaflets.
- Review existing communication tools and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure consistency of the organization's brand identity.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners.
- Develop and regularly update brand and style guidelines.
- Manage communication templates and other branding tools.
- Manage the organization's visibility and presence at both virtual and physical events.
- Coordinate communication materials and on-site presence.
- Oversee booth design and liaise with external suppliers.
- Coordinate communication campaigns around the annual congress and other major events.
- Supervise a small team including Copywriting, Graphic Design, MarCom and Web profiles.
- Support team members in their professional development.
- Participate in annual evaluations and objective setting.
- Implement tools to improve project and team management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent command of English, preferably at native or near-native level. Additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing publications and/or communication calendars.
- Proven experience in marketing, branding and targeted content creation.
- Experience managing external suppliers and partners.
- Previous experience managing a small team.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, energetic and self-driven personality.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
Technical skills
- Experience with project management tools, ideally Monday.com.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal and/or Joomla.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Mailchimp.
- Experience with Google Analytics and using data insights to improve performance.
- Knowledge of other marketing tools is an advantage.
